We’re proud to share that Serene has been named the winner of the Startup category at Innovate Finance’s Pitch360 2026, one of the flagship events of UK FinTech Week.

Hosted at Level39 as part of UK FinTech Week, Pitch360 brought together 10 of the UK’s most exciting fintechs to showcase bold ideas across AI, embedded finance, risk, infrastructure and digital banking in front of an audience of investors, operators and industry leaders.

During the event, Savannah Price shared how Serene helps organisations turn early customer-level behavioural insights into action — identifying fraud risk, scam susceptibility and financial distress weeks before traditional models, helping firms reduce losses, unlock growth and improve customer outcomes.
